Recently, Tamika Jenkins, Courtney Cooper, Desmond Hammett, and Stacey Walker were requested to come to REA Wire in Osceola, Arkansas to talk to their recently dislocated workers about enrolling into courses at Arkansas Northeastern College. Currently, we have a grant that allows us to help fund qualified dislocated workers to go towards one of our Occupational Degree programs. These short-term programs include, Welding, HVAC, W.O.R.K. General Industry, Industrial Electrical, and the Material Handling program. REA wire will be hosting a job fair on September 20th for their employees. The job fair is open to any companies looking to hire workers. Arkansas Northeastern College will be there representing our programs.
