Regal just completed a 16 hour Six Sigma Yellowbelt class. The
participants are applying what they learned in the class to improve
efficiency and quality in the factory. Scott Follett, Manufacturing Instructor at Arkansas Northeastern College, The Solutions Group. Spent time at Regal before the class to customize the training specifically to what they manufacture. After successful completion these participants were able to improve quality at Regal. Regal utilized grant money from Great River Economic Development Foundation and Grant money from the Office of Skills Development (Existing Workforce Training Program) to assist in paying for this training.
