Arkansas Northeastern College, Solutions Group department faculty/staff attended a tour at Denso with Denso HR Team, John Beal, and Jessica Griffin. The tour included Stacey Walker, Director for Industrial Training, Brandi George, Internship Coordinator, Instructor of Industrial Technology, Rob Semmel, Instructor of Construction Technology, Josh Chipman, WORK Program/Job Placement Coordinator, Michael Smith, Ryan Perkins, Dean for Arts and Sciences, and Dr. Jamie Frakes, Dean for Allied Technologies, During this tour, the ANC faculty/staff learned more about the operations of Denso and many opportunities for our students and graduates. Denso is a very well-organized, climate-controlled work facility that manufactures HVAC units for vehicles. Denso offers a tuition assistance program to their employees for taking certain degree programs that are offered at Arkansas Northeastern College. Denso is a proud supporter of Arkansas Northeastern College, they have participated in numerous advisory board activities, fundraisers, hiring events, customized training, and the ANC internship program. A big THANK YOU to Denso for allowing us to tour! We had a blast.
