The Solutions Group welcomes two new staff members...

The Solutions Group is expanding their range of expertise! Coordinator of Job Placement Services, Courtney Cooper, takes on a new role at Arkansas Northeastern College.

"As Coordinator of Placement Services, I am responsible for assisting graduates of degree and certificate programs with finding employment subsequent to program completion. I will also assist in offering short-term programmatic training to area dislocated workers through The Solutions Group, ANC’s customized training department. Furthermore, I will work closely with local employers and the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services (ADWS) to disseminate employment opportunities to the ANC student populace" - Courtney Cooper




Courtney comes to us with a background in Human Resources. This skill will allow her to relate to the Human Resource Managers at the local companies. We are hitting the ground running, with many of the new and existing companies, they are looking to the college for us to provide current students/graduates  with specific skill sets such as mechanical aptitude, electrical/hydraulic training, welding, and other technical skills.

Long time...The Solutions Group Adjunct Instructor...Scott Follett becomes a FULL TIME, Industrial Mechanical Systems Specialist Instructor. Scott comes to us with over 15 years of teaching and practicing Lean and Six Sigma with savings of millions of dollars for clients. Other classes include Statistical Process Control, Total Productive Maintenance, Design of Experiments, Measurement Systems Analysis, ISO Implementation, Baldrige Assesments, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, and other customized training.

Scott has taught Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO classes for The Solutions Group in the past. Scott has multiple c ertifications and recognizations. These include:

• Six Sigma Master Blackbelt 
• Mensa
• Virgina EIT
• Senior Examiner 
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
