Congratulations to the second cycle Material Handling graduates!

Congratulations to the second cycle graduates of the Material Handling training offered at the ANC Burdette Center. Graduates received certificates of completion with certification in OSHA 10 Hour Construction/CPR/First Aid, Conducting a Hazard Analysis/Workplace Etiquette, Class IV Lift Truck/Class V Lift Truck/Class VII Lift Truck, Elevated Work Platform/Scissorlift, Mini Excavator/Bobcat, Remote/Pendant Overhead Cranes, and Rigging Awareness/Fall Protection/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The class was able to visit with various business leaders in the community, as well as, operate heavy equipment at local industries and at the Burdette Center. The class is taught by Jim Shephard, President-Industrial Training Systems, Inc./Material Handling Instructor. The program is free to the public, is four weeks in duration, and offers excellent job training skills for industry employment.
