So what is breakthrough improvement?
The 10 individuals in the last Six Sigma Blackbelt Course, made
incredible breakthrough improvements in supplier quality (decreased
rejects by 80%), productivity (increased production by 2.4%),
maintenance (reduced repair costs by over $400,000), and scrap
reduction (decreased by 20%). Their efforts saved their companies
over $2 million. Projects in a recently completed Greenbelt Course is
saving a company tens of thousands every year.
Solutions Group is currently
instructing a Greenbelt Course in Osceola and will soon start a
Yellowbelt course in Blytheville. We are organizing another Blackbelt
