ANC Solutions Group Instructors Earn Industry Trainer Credentials

This summer, ANC Solutions Group instructors took significant steps to elevate their capacity for delivering top-tier training to our region’s workforce. Several instructors earned prestigious industry trainer credentials, further establishing ANC Solutions Group as a leader in industrial training.

Austin Coleman, Leeton Ellis, Adron Poole, and Mike Street earned Carry Deck Crane trainer certifications, enabling them to train operators in this specialized equipment. Additionally, Coleman, Ellis, and Poole achieved certification in Core 4 Heavy Equipment, which includes Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift, Rough Terrain Forklift, and Counterbalanced Forklift. With these certifications, they can now train operators and issue operator licenses, ensuring local industries have access to skilled and certified equipment operators.

Anthony Mula earned the NFPA 70E Trainer certification, focusing on electrical safety in the workplace. This credential empowers him to train others in best practices for avoiding electrical hazards, contributing to safer work environments.

Austin Coleman, Ibrahim Alisic, Allen Holmquist, and Adron Poole also received Basic Rigging Train the Trainer certifications. This allows them to train and certify workers in essential rigging practices, crucial for safe material handling in various industrial settings.

Allen Holmquist achieved his 9-year renewal for the Certified Welding Inspector qualification. This renewal supports the formation of the Northeast Arkansas American Welding Society Chapter as well as the Student AWS Chapter, further enhancing the welding community in the region.

These accomplishments highlight ANC Solutions Group’s ongoing commitment to equipping local industries with a highly skilled workforce, prepared to meet the demands of modern manufacturing and construction environments.
