It turns out, there is a science to understanding and
leading people. West Point is the world's premier leadership institution. Scott
Follett from the Solutions Group tapped into his experience at the academy and
into his son's current experiences at Annapolis to develop the Constructive
Discipline and Supervisory Basics course. To reach more organizations, The
Solutions Group offered his highly rated course as an open enrollment
course. Kagome Creative Foods, D&L
Inc, Nucor Hickman, Rockline Inc, and even Arkansas Northeastern College
management sent supervisors to the course. All the attendees report they are
seeing a difference in their organizations by effectively using the knowledge
and techniques they learned in the four hour course. The 18 attendees in the
