ANC partnered with Black River
Technical College in March to provide training to Custom-Pak on “Retaining
Employees.” Tools were presented to assist supervisors in engaging and
motivating employees. Facilitators focused on how to use employees’ internal
motivators and performance potential to build trust and guide personal
development. Topics included: why employees change jobs, communication for
building trust, evaluation of individual motivating factors, and effective
coaching to engage employees. The 30 attendees included supervisors, managers,
HR, and the General Manager.
