During April 2018, The Solutions Group
recently provided training by instructors Brent Carroll and Rick Sones. Carroll
taught approximately 30 people the Correct Use of Tools. Employees were
instructed on how to safely and correctly use handheld tools such as saws,
files, crowbars, hammers, and wrenches.
Sones instructed approximately 40 employees on the proper and safe use
of electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools such as portable drills, portable
grinders, and hydraulic tools. This training was paid by the Great River
Economic Development foundation and Office of Skills Development.
