Arkansas Northeastern College –
The Solutions Group has partnered with TMK-IPSCO to provide employment training
skills to new employees. This training began in June, 2017 with classes through
May 2018, and will continue until grant funding is exhausted. Topics include:

TMK-IPSCO receives a copy of the
pre-post test scores on each employee to gauge their skill level. The Office of
Skills Development’s workforce training grant and Great River Economic Development
Foundation funded 75% of the total cost of training.
