NEW CLIENT - Aerojet RocketDyne
In December, the Solutions Group began working with a new client. Instructor Ron Hutto traveled to Camden to provide Microsoft Office Project training to nine employees of the Aerojet RocketDyne Company. Participants included engineers, contractors, and project planners. Students covered topics such as cost evaluations, setting baselines, running and generating reports, resource allocation, and overall project management of large-scale projects. This training benefited Aerojet RocketDyne by using the skills learned MS Project software utility to allow a more efficient and robust process for the day to day operations. It was especially important in this phase of growth RocketDyne is currently experiencing.
