Kagome Leadership Academy

Solutions Group provided leadership training March through May, 2019 at the ANC Osceola Campus. Rob Semmel was the instructor. The training was for 20 individuals that currently serve as leaders or will be promoted to leadership roles with Kagome. The training topics included: effective communication, teambuilding, criticism, and discipline. The training was for a total of 24 hours. GREDF and OSD funded 75% of the total cost of training.
