On June 16th and 17th, 2022, Kagome and Solutions Group partnered to provide HACCP Training for Food Processors. This training was approximately 24 hours long and was conducted at the ANC Osceola Center using a consultant, SCS Global. This training is required for personnel, plant and grounds, sanitary operations, equipment and utensils and product, and process controls. This course provided participants with the knowledge to develop and implement a food safety plan based on the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point method. Attendees learned to utilize risk-based preventative methods for identifying and controlling potential food safety hazards and complying with industry and regulatory requirements.
