Tenaris - NEW CLASSES, Mechanical Measurements, Electricity, Screws & Threads, & Mechanical Elements

Solutions Group, Arkansas Northeastern College customized training division is a long-term partner of TenarisUniversity. Various instructors trained Tenaris employees in several sections of mechanical elements (8hrs), basic electricity (8 hrs), screws and threads, and mechanical measurements (8 hrs). Training was conducted at ANC's Center for Allied Technologies. This training covered installation, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical drive components. The systems were divided into five levels, and each level was divided into specific topics which deal with the components encountered in the industry. The training was based on practical/ hands-on tasks. The training was taught by Rob Semmel, Josh Chipman, Richard Dean (adjunct) and Stephen Crosskno. GREDF Funded 25% of the total cost of training and Office of Skills Development awarded reimbursement for up to 75% of the total cost of training. Training is ongoing and will continue through July, 2019.
