Workplace Violence, Communication & Conflict Resolution - MCEOC

Solutions Group adjunct trainers, David Diagostino and Jamie Frakes conducted a 5 hour training for Mississippi County EOC on communication and conflict management to 25  individuals on May 29th and 30th, 2019. Topics covered: how to develop engaging and responsive communication, understanding the different personal styles and how to implement an effective problem-solving approach. On May 30th, Josh Chipman conducted an extensive 2 hour training to 14 individuals on the types of workplace violence, how to identify the warning signs, and role playing initiatives to diffuse conflict.
