Fifteen Big River Steel employees received 16 hours of Microsoft Excel training Parts 1 - 3 by Rosemary Lowe in November (2019). Big River participants included maintenance planners, electricians, supervisors, and managers. Lowe covered Gantt charts, cost tables, budgeting, pivot tables, resource allocation, charting, functions, and formulas. Training was funded by the Office of Skills Development, Big River Steel, and the Great River Economic Development Foundation which reimbursed 75% of the total cost of training.
