ANC Solutions Group instructor Rob Semmel conducted 16 hours of Effective Communication Training for Nucor Skyline upcoming and existing managers. This training project spanned from January through April, 2021. Training was an interactive session that touched on topics such as conflict resolution, communication techniques, spectrum personality assessments, building a team, and written communication. Training was customized by Solutions Group instructors and staff members based on what Nucor Skyline needed to increase the manager's skill level.
