ANC Solutions Group instructor, Rob Semmel conducted Leadership Development training for Southern Bancorp loan officers and other bank personnel. Training included teamwork/teambuilding techniques, time management, and customer service. After successful completion of the training program these employees were able to set SMART goals and prioritize effectively, plan strategically, work together as a cohesive team, and be able to discover effective ways to make meetings more engaging.
