Brandi George and Stacey Walker visited NEA Career and Technical Center in Jonesboro to recruit for the Center of Allied Technologies ANC Internship Program. They presented to 6 groups of students and shared information regarding the ANC internship program. The ANC internship program is a widely recognized program that allows high school and non-high school students to apply to work part-time interning at one of our company sponsors. We have several companies currently that accept interns:
- Heraeus Electronite
- D&L Inc
- ART
- Lexicon
- Nucor Yamato Steel
- Nucor Steel Arkansas
- Big River Steel
Interns typical work on the days that they are not in classes. Our interns are enrolled in any of the ANC Allied Technologies degree plans such as
Aviation Maintenance, HVAC, Computer Information Systems, Advanced Manufacturing, Steel Industry Technology, Industrial Electrical, Office Management and Welding.
