Nucor Steel Arkansas, Solutions Group, and Tristate Engineering EMCD Tristate Armature Controllers provided electrical Siemens PLC training for Nucor Steel Arkansas employees. Total cost of training was $106,256.00 of which 75% was reimbursed back to Nucor Steel Arkansas by the Office of Skills Development the remaining 25% was paid for by Great River Economic Development Foundation. These individuals went through one section of each training:
- Siemens TIA Portal Service 1 (32 hours)
- S7 300 Distributed Safety Engineering (40 hours)
- S7 Programming with CFC (32 hours)
