From April 2022 through June 2022, long-term partner, Tenaris worked with ANC Solutions Group to train over 100 workers in Mechanical Measurements and Correct Use of Tools. These two pieces of training are mandatory for employees that work in Maintenance, Electrical, Production, and other areas. Mechanical Measurements was approximately 8 hours per session for a total of 56 hours Correct use of tools was four hours per section for a total of 16 hours. Partners such as Great River Economic Development Foundation and Office of Skills Development funded and reimbursed 100% of the total cost of training. Tenaris has identified several other areas of training that Solutions Group is able to conduct for them. Such as, Microsoft Office suite (word, powerpoint, excel, & outlook) as well as English as a second language training with the aid of ANC Adult Education.
