ANC Tech Center & ANC Allied Technologies Students Earn National Credentials

  

During the month of October, ANC Solutions Group in partnership with Rural Development Partners funded Core 4, Heavy Equipment training for approximately 30 high school students and 30 college students in Aviation, Welding, and Construction Technology. After the successful completion of this training, operators are able to calculate load balance, provide material handling services, and operate two types of forklifts and two types of articulating lifts. The Solutions Group was awarded a grant from Rural Development Partners to train the instructors as Heavy Equipment Core 4 trainers Ibrahim Alisic, Josh Chipman, and Mike Street. The grant also funded the Rough Terrain Forklift and the certifications these students will obtain after successful completion.
