Majestic Steel and ANC Solutions Group collaborated to host a job fair at ANC Center for Allied Technologies during September 2022 in preparation to hire employees for their new Blytheville location. ANC Solutions Group is also responsible for the first round of training for the new workforce. The training will include Overhead Crane, Counterbalance Forklift, Electrical Safety, as well as Confined Space Permit training. Office of Skills Development and Great River Economic Development Foundation grants were written by our Dean for Customized Training, Stacey Walker, to aid in the cost associated with the training. After successful completion of the first round of training approximately, 6-10 individuals will have completion certificates for each topic. Special thanks to Majestic Steel, ANC Solutions Group instructors and local partners, GREDF, and OSD for this collaborative effort.
