This intensive training program recently concluded, with 50 participants successfully completing 40 hours of comprehensive training delivered by Solutions Group instructors. Topics for this training included:

- Rigging
- Hand Tools
- Power tools
- Energy Sources
- Mechanical Advantage
- Basic Hydraulics
- Basic Electrical
Training began Monday, May 15th and ended on Friday, May 19th.Another section was held in June and training for subsequent sections will be through the remainder of 2023. After successful completion, the participants obtained a certificate of completion. This training was customized by the ANC Solutions Group instructors as well as Nucor partners.Nucor and ANC Solutions Group will be continuing the Maintenance Bootcamp through the remainder of 2023 to train new and existing workers. This training utilized all Solutions Group instructors:
