Tenaris and ANC Solutions Group ramp up their partnership in 2023 to train over 300 incumbent workers. The focus of this initiative is on imparting vital skills, including the correct use of tools, electrical safety, confined space awareness, First Aid and CPR, mechanical measurements, overhead crane and forklift operation, as well as dozer and excavator operation. A significant portion of this essential training is being reimbursed and funded by the Office of Skills Development and the Great River Economic Development Foundation, underlining their commitment to the regional workforce.The array of skills being taught reflects the diverse needs of Tenaris as ANC Solutions Group instructors worked tirelessly on customizing the training. With a focus on practical, hands-on training in a range of essential areas, it promises to be a transformative force in the lives of participants and Tenaris. This partnership serves as an example of the positive change that can be achieved when businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies join forces to support the workforce of the future.
