New Client!!! - Sierra Group

Sierra Group, a new client, partnered with ANC Solutions Group for customized training on Core 4 Heavy Equipment operations during the month of May. The comprehensive training covered aerial lifts, scissor lifts, rough terrain forklifts, and counter-balanced forklifts, tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual participant. Additionally, the training program included OSHA 10 certification for General Industry. Upon successful completion, the trainees received two nationally recognized credentials, equipping them with the necessary skills and qualifications to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. By integrating specialized certifications into customized training programs, organizations empower their workforce to excel in their roles while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Marcos Sierra, provided a kind words and a testimony to the training conducted.

"Stacey, I wanted to give you my sincere appreciation for your outstanding support and flexibility during this past week's training.

Your willingness to accommodate our specific training needs, especially by offering training sessions in Spanish, has made a significant positive impact on our staff. Your flexibility and understanding have greatly facilitated a more inclusive learning environment, ensuring that all team members could fully engage and benefit regardless of their primary language.

A true spotlight has to be given to your team:

Allen Holmquist - Was a fantastic teacher and made safety be seen as a benefit and not a headache. Our entire staff was grateful for his energy in making all topics beneficial to our everyday work life. He has a great gift of bringing out the "why" safety intelligence is important and then showing the "how."

Josh Chipman - His overall experience in general construction allowed him to share his experience with all of us for the benefit of our team when using machines in complex situations. The hospitality he showed us in giving us a tour of the general construction classroom and the various classes offered really made an impression on our staff.

Mike Street - He showed his adaptability and helped our personnel finish hands-on machine training.

Jernal Woods - She was fantastic in making sure all paperwork from our end was correct and guided us to properly fit in. Her personality made everyone feel welcomed to ANC.

We recognize and deeply appreciate your efforts and the positive atmosphere you foster during training sessions. It is collaborations like these that enhance our team's skills effectively and foster a supportive community partnership. Most of our staff has not been in a classroom in over five years. To many, this was a "graduating" event. In a time when many do not appreciate the resources offered by this wonderful institution, please know that our team is not one.

Thank you once again for your exceptional support. We look forward to continuing this valuable relationship and exploring further training opportunities with Arkansas Northeastern College in the near future. " - Marcos Sierra

Great River Economic Development Foundation supported a portion of the training cost as well as the Office of Skills Development.  Thank you all partners involved to train the existing workforce in our county.
