We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our intensive Millwright training program, a collaboration between Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC) and Lexicon. This program, led by our instructors, has been a challenging yet rewarding journey for the dedicated individuals who have now earned the esteemed title of Master Millwrights.
These graduates have demonstrated remarkable determination and perseverance, mastering a comprehensive range of skills from the precision alignment of machinery to interpreting complex blueprints. With over 144 hours of rigorous training, encompassing all three levels of Millwright expertise, they are now fully equipped to meet the demands of the industry.
Their training combined hands-on experience with in-depth classroom instruction, ensuring they are well-prepared to tackle real-world challenges with confidence and precision. Their success reflects not only their hard work but also the high standards upheld by our program.
The graduation ceremony, held at the Holiday Inn on July 18, 2024, celebrated their accomplishments. We extend our deepest gratitude to Lexicon, the Office of Skills Development, and the Great River Economic Development Foundation for their unwavering support in making this program possible.
As these new Master Millwrights embark on their careers, we are excited to see the positive impact they will have on their respective industries and our community. The next cohort is already in training, and we look forward to celebrating their future successes.
