We are excited to welcome Mark Wester to the ANC Solutions Group as a Mechanical Systems Instructor.
Mark’s extensive experience in the industry makes him a valuable addition to our team. Mark's background includes positions at:
- Day
& Zimmermann Munitions, where he served as Director of Engineering,
leading the Engineering Team on new product launches and production
improvements for the Department of Defense.
- Hytrol Conveyor
Company, where he served as Director of Engineering, developing and
implementing company wide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices,
enhancing collaboration and driving cost savings.
- Blue Oak
Arkansas, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer managing the
startup of the first U.S.-based copper smelter dedicated to E-scrap
recycling, where he achieved substantial startup cost savings.
- Beckmann Volmer North America LP where he served as General Manager managing the Beckmann Volmer greenfield startup resulting in successful delivery of critical wind turbine subsystems while achieving ISO9001 registration in just four months.
Mark’s diverse expertise, including his successes at these companies will play a crucial role in enhancing our ANC Solutions Group programs, particularly in customized training for our industry partners. We are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to expand our offerings and meet the evolving needs of the advanced manufacturing and steel industries.
