ANC Solutions Group is proud to welcome Gowan Milling as one of our newest training partners. We recently completed an intensive NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety course along with 32 hours of comprehensive Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training for their team.
The training was conducted at the ANC Center for Allied Technologies, where participants engaged in hands-on, scenario-based instruction focused on electrical safety, hazard recognition, energy isolation procedures, and OSHA compliance. Ensuring employees understand arc flash boundaries, proper PPE selection, and safe lockout/tagout practices is critical in today’s industrial environments—and Gowan Milling’s team demonstrated a strong commitment to workplace safety throughout the program.
Instruction was led by Steve Clark, who delivered the NFPA 70E Arc Flash training, and Adron Poole, who facilitated the 32-hour Lockout/Tagout curriculum. Both instructors brought extensive industry experience and practical application into the classroom, ensuring participants not only understood regulatory standards but could confidently apply them in their daily operations.
Our Great River Economic Development Foundation parner supported 50% of the total training cost as part of their workforce training initiatives.
