The Solutions Group’s customized HVAC training continues to bridge skills gaps by bringing industry partners together to share real-world expertise.
D&L and Solutions Group have partnered to provide world-class industry training for HVAC technicians. Instructor Jody Woodard has customized training for this group since September 2025. The focus has mainly been industrial hvac systems. We have continued to partner with D&L to provide the most customized training program for their employees that progresses in technical skill as the students gain aptitude.
On 2/3 Ted Smith of Frigortec for spending time with the D&L Apprenticeship group and delivering an outstanding HVAC schematics class. Ted did an excellent job breaking down German schematics, answering thoughtful questions, and connecting complex drawings to what technicians actually encounter in the field.
This collaboration between ANC Solutoins Group, Frigortec and D&L shows what’s possible when industry leaders come together with a shared goal: strengthening the workforce. It’s not about competition—it’s about knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and elevating the next generation of skilled technicians.
