ANC Solutions Group Completes 200-Hour Customized Electrical Training Program for Big River Steel

 



The ANC Solutions Group recently completed a comprehensive 200-hour Customized Electrical Training Program for 20 Big River Steel employees. This program was designed to strengthen the technical skills of employees and create a pathway for advancement from operator-level positions to electrical maintenance and technician roles.

The program was team-taught by Anthony Mula, ANC Electricity and Electronics Instructor, and Steve Clark, Industry Training Specialist. Prior to developing the curriculum, Anthony and Steve toured Big River Steel's facilities and worked closely with plant supervisors and management to identify critical workforce skill gaps and determine the specific competencies needed to support employee growth and operational excellence.

This customized training initiative focused on providing participants with both foundational and advanced electrical knowledge relevant to modern steel manufacturing operations. Topics included:
