Lexicon, a long standing partner of ANC Solutions Group continues training the next generation of Millwright Maintenance Technicians. This Lexicon Millwright training was led by Mark Wester, Chris Perkins and Adron Poole. The class was completed with 18 individuals from across the United States. They worked a total of 44 hours of instruction, reviewing the topics of installation and removal of pumps, gearboxes, troubleshooting, mechanical drawings and introduction to supervisory skills. This is the third and final level in the Millwright Training series customized by ANC Solutions Group and Lexicon.
The training program was funded by the Office of Skills Development and Great River Economic Development Foundation. As always, we look forward to the next set of training with Lexicon.
